3. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed via Stripe or other authorized providers.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Invoices must be paid on time; late payments may suspend service.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
 
4. Refund Policy
Pilot services ($1,250) are non-refundable once purchased.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime but are non-refundable for the active billing cycle.
 
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date business and payment information.
Use our services for lawful purposes only.
Not misuse, resell, or replicate our solutions without permission.
 
6. Liability Disclaimer
We aim to improve workflows, but specific business results are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for downtime, errors, or failures caused by third-party providers (Stripe, Google, Notion, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the last 3 months.
 
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.

 
8. Changes to Terms
